Challenge Advisors

Challenge Advisors work with Mr Johnston, our ‘Challenge Lead’ in school.

They help to develop levels of challenge in school by:

  • Meeting regularly to discuss what challenge looks like in the classroom
  • Letting school know how they would like to be challenged
  • Being experts in what to do when being challenged
  • Helping others to work through challenging problems
