Cancellation Policy

Our events are planned by school leaders for our peers in local schools. Our functions must be self-financing and sustainable. If you are unable to attend an event the following charges will apply:

7 days or less before the event: 100%
14 days or less before the event: 75%
28 days or less before the event: 50%
Cancellation more than 28 days prior to the event will be refundable.

If you are able to send another colleague in your place, we will transfer the booking to a colleague with no administration charge.

‘Free’ events are usually funded by the Teaching School or another organisation. A fee to cover the costs of room hire, refreshments and tutor costs will be incurred if you are unable to provide 7 days notice of being unable to attend.

We are committed to maintaining a safe learning environment for our children and, where there are child welfare concerns, we take action to address them.
